The redesign resulted in improved performance from Lighthouse ~65 to 90+ and reduced initial load time by ~35-45% via image optimisation, dynamic imports, and Core Web Vitals tuning (LCP, CLS).
About this Project
I joined Akamedics Ltd as a Digital Solutions Engineer and led the redesign of Lincoln Management Consulting's website — a strategic advisory firm supporting founders and investors expanding across the GCC, EU, Asia and emerging markets. The rebuild moved the site onto Next.js/React with a modular component system, optimized SEO, and analytics for performance tracking.
Objective
To enhance user experience, improve engagement, and provide a more dynamic and scalable digital presence for LMC through a new strategic redesign of the website.
